In our sessions, you can expect a blend of dialogue and somatic exploration. This may involve tuning into physical sensations and feelings, as well as using visualisations or drawings when appropriate. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative, aimed at exploring and addressing challenges, disruptions, and healing to release patterns and belief systems that no longer serve you.
