Some days you may feel ok, there may be others where you can barely come out of bed. Perhaps you are going on with life unable to stay present; or you need a space to explore and reflect; maybe someone supporting you to make changes in your life. Wherever you are, therapy can help.
I believe individuals are unique, and as such, there is no “one approach or theory” that suits
everyone so I work with whatever clients bring to the room. I understand that past experiences have an important role in individuals’ lives and help my clients so they can make sense of how these past experiences may be affecting their current lives.
I support individual adults navigating day-to-day life, exploring past, present and future, relationships, depression and anxiety, abuse, bereavement, loss and illness, life transitions, self-esteem and identities. With a particular interest in how identities like culture, faith, language, race, class, migrations, sexuality, disability and gender shape how we view and navigate the world. Having worked in mental health services for almost ten years, I had the opportunity to work alongside people from all backgrounds.
My experiences include in person and online, short- term and long-term therapy in various languages: English, Spanish, Catalan, and French. I worked in a wide range of services: supporting carers and bereaved people, LGBTQ+ clients, individuals experiencing Domestic Abuse, and a Multi-ethnic service for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.
