Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist & Internal Family Systems therapist - trainer
Victoria is an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and an Internal Family Systems therapist. She works with couples and individuals and specialises in sex and relationships therapy.
Victoria loves working with individuals and couples to explore the range of challenges people experience concerning sex and relationships. She sees clients of all genders and sexual orientations, including LGBTQAI+ and queer-identifying clients. She also works with clients in diverse sexual and romantic relationships, including those practising consensual non-monogamy and kink.
She aims to provide a safe and respectful space where you can feel seen, heard and validated.
When exploring challenges around sex and relationships, she will help you to understand the impact of early relationships, attachment, and other trauma. She will support you in gently unpicking complex relationship dynamics and lovingly meeting the parts of you that feel hurt and ashamed.
Victoria integrates psychodynamic, person-centred and Internal Family systems therapy. She is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and has an advanced accreditation as a Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversities Therapist, awarded by Pink Therapy.
She has also worked in the field of sex and relationships for over 15 years, in service delivery and management roles, in the voluntary and private sectors and in the NHS. She designs resources and delivers training using the Internal Family Systems framework to work with issues around sex and sexuality.
